I am becoming very X-men obsessed, of course I have known movies for some years, but now I am reading comics on internet, starting with X-men vol. 2 #1 (I am around #26 right now, so still long way to go which is just great
Have you seen X-Men First Class? I had very low expectations and was BLOWN AWAY. It was great.
Yeah, I've seen The First Class and loved it. I had the HIGHEST expectations from it, cause from Stardust and Kick-Ass I trust Matthew Vaughn's skills
There's a lot of personality in each of the characters' looks here. Gambit's got that smouldering Luke Perry bad boy squint going on (ah yes, Gambit was so much cooler back then when we didn't know he played a role in the massacre of the Morlocks) and that slightly optimistic look on Scott's face definitely reminds me of a time when he wasn't a complete douche. Although, the females of this piece truly hog most of the spotlight. Rogue looks great with that sweet smile, Jean looks radiant (is her hand on Scott's butt?) and I love Psylocke's more serious expression. But, of course, I think Beast stands out most (aside from Storm). His playful pose and big grin definitely embody his personality perfectly. Great job!
Agreed a million percent on the Gambit thing--I loved it when Cable or Bishop (can't remember who) came back remembering that Gambit in the future was not a good person--but you didnt know the event why...
Yes, Jean's hand is on Scott's behind, LOL!
Beast was fun...I need a spark in that side of the composition so I decided to flip him around
Thanks for your really insightful comments...I really appreciate it
